RCSA
Rehabilitation Counseling
Student Association
California State University, Fresno
The Rehabilitation Counseling Student Association is a student-run organization that works actively with the school and community to promote disability awareness. RCSA is here to help students of the Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling Program by keeping them involved in what is going on in their program with up to date issues, meetings, conferences, volunteer opportunities and events that pertain to the program. It is also a great way to network, make friends, exchange books and contribute to your program. Overall, just a simple place to stay in touch with the program and the students.
RCSA is here to provide students with the opportunities for networking and interaction with the faculty and administration of CSU Fresno and to install the desire for self-improvement, scholastic excellence, and professional development within the Rehabilitation profession. Students work closely with disability awareness programs on campus and the community. Some of these include: TARGET Program,Workability, Ticket To Work, Wayfinders, Services for Student with Disabilities, Resources for Independence, Central Valley (RICV), Department of Rehabilitation, and National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)
